Ok, so the Winyah Bay (that’s in South Carolina, in case you’ve never heard of it) Elite Series is going to be a new venue to pretty much everybody – competitors, media, fans. Last year, B.A.S.S. held its Southern B.A.S.S. Nation Divisional on the PeeDee River and decided to return this year with its top-level circuit.
